01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the heart of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Fazoli's offers a warm and inviting space for lovers of Italian cuisine and comforting meals. This well-established restaurant is a haven for diners craving classic Italian flavors alongside American favorites like pizza, all served with a side of genuine hospitality.

At Fazoli's, the menu is a delightful celebration of hearty, cheesy, and savory dishes crafted to satisfy both family gatherings and casual solo meals. Their Baked Fettuccine Alfredo is a standout offering — imagine tender fettuccine smothered in a velvety, rich Alfredo sauce, baked under a golden blanket of melted mozzarella and provolone cheeses, then finished with a piquant Parmesan spice blend. It’s paired with two signature garlic breadsticks that are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, delivering that classic comfort food aroma and flavor that feels like a warm kitchen hug. For seafood fans, the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo elevates the experience with generously loaded succulent shrimp nestled into the creamy pasta, marrying the sea's freshness with cheesy indulgence.

Families will appreciate the value-packed FreshTossed Family Meal, thoughtfully designed to feed four with a hearty combination of Fettuccine Alfredo and Spaghetti topped with your choice of Marinara or savory Meat Sauce. The inclusion of eight signature garlic breadsticks makes it a true feast that brings everyone to the table for moments of shared delight and fullness of belly.

When it comes to dessert and drinks, Fazoli's doesn't disappoint either. Their New York Style Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping, sourced from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, is a perfect sweet finish — creamy, smooth, and tartly balanced by fresh strawberry compote. For lighter treats, the Italian Ice in lemon, strawberry, or blue raspberry refreshes the palate, while classic indulgences like Great American Cookies in chocolate chip or fudge brownie forms round out your experience.

The atmosphere at Fazoli’s in Jonesboro speaks to welcoming simplicity and cleanliness, catering well to families and casual diners alike. Friendly staff, as many guests note, are attentive without overwhelming, frequently checking in to make sure everything is just right. Diners consistently praise the generous portion sizes, especially noting the abundant garlic breadsticks that complement every dish just perfectly.

While opinions on spice levels and personal flavor preferences naturally vary — as one reviewer found their "Pick 2" combo less bold than expected — the overall consensus centers on satisfying, flavorful meals that offer great value. Fazoli’s is a place where you can count on consistent quality whether you’re grabbing an Italian sub that surprises with its hearty size or settling in for the acclaimed 4-item tour, a tasting adventure across several signature offerings.

One subtle note worth mentioning is the restaurant’s subtle evening visibility; for newcomers to Jonesboro, Fazoli’s could benefit from a brighter neon sign to let folks know their kitchen is rolling late into the night. Nevertheless, once inside, the clean and comfortable dining space assures you’re in for a pleasant meal without fuss.

Overall, Fazoli’s in Jonesboro is a dependable choice for anyone seeking familiar Italian-American fare with a generous helping of comfort and warmth. It’s a place where simple ingredients are elevated through care, making it a go-to for both quick bites and family-style meals, warmly inviting both locals and visitors to savor a slice of Italy right in Arkansas.

I got an Italian sub sandwich and it was pretty good. The sub was much bigger than expected, so I definitely got my money's worth in that regard.

I'm not a fan of Fazoli's so take this with a grain of salt. I ordered a "Pick 2" deal. I chose to try the penne with "Spicy" tomato and pepper sauce, and ravioli with meat sauce. I didn't care for either. The Penne was about half as spicy as red pepper flakes you might add to a pizza. The flavor was mostly a creamy tomato flavor. The ravioli's cheese filling just didn't match the meat sauce to me. The meat sauce was good, and the ravioli was ok, but they didn't do each other any favors. That said, both were prepared promptly. My wife had the Baked Chicken Alfredo and loved it (although she did find a small black facial hair in her sauce). Service was decent and the restaurant was clean. The only problem I had was that the fountain drink dispenser is somewhat less accessible for taller people. The height is suited for those of shorter stature, but the depth makes it impossible to see how full your cup is without bending or squatting (potentially an issue for those of us with knee/back issues). We also had a chance to try a free dessert. My wife had the Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. It was below expectations much like the bread sticks. It seems somewhat that food quality may be down in the post pandemic Fazoli's menu.
